 Each
participant will have access to an online
service and the detailed list of participants
so that they can pre-arrange 30-minute one-on-one
meetings for the afternoon of Monday December
10 and throughout Tuesday December 11. Business
meetings will be specific to the Industrial
Business Forum.
The platform will be operationnal
on November 5th, 2007.

| The contact procedure is simple
and well rehearsed. It is based on the principle
of double acceptance to ensure efficient matching
between participants: |

- When you register you describe your
profile - your company's activity, your
offer, your centers of interest with regard
to ITER and what you are looking for from
other participants in IBF/07. This detailed
description is essential if you are to
meet the people who matter to you.
- As soon as the on-line meetings service
is open mid-october, you can consult the
list of participants and their detailed
profiles and send a request for a meeting
to the people you want to make contact
with.
- A few days before IBF/07, you will receive
the list of requests for interviews that
have been sent to you by the other participants
so that you can accept or reject the request.
- Following this step, the meeting service
will establish a personalized schedule
of appointments, which you will receive
some days prior to the conference.
- On December 10 and 11 you will be able
to meet with your future partners and
clients under optimum conditions of ease
and efficiency in the dedicated Business
Meetings center.
