The Acropolis Congress Centre is in the
city centre (7km far from the airport).
Acropolis is a high-tech modular entity
offering 30 000 m2 of divisible space, 4
auditoria seating 250 to 2500 persons.The
ICFRM-13 will use 2 auditoriums, several
rooms for satellite meetings and a large
(2500 m²) area for comfortable poster
sessions and exhibitions. The Acropolis
has full competence for assessment of set-up
and management of technical needs of exhibitors.

A large number of various category hotels
is available in Nice (157 hotels). Twelve
are located at less than 5 min (walking
distance) from the Congress Centre and 50
at less than 15 min. Twenty-five restaurants
are available at less than 5 min (walking
distance) from the Congress Centre (100
at less than 15 min).
A block of rooms has been reserved at Nice
for IBF/07 attendees at discounted rates
(from 53 € to 150 € per night,
plus tax).
Reservations must be made by November 6th
to receive this special rate. After November
2nd, rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Registration

The standard registration fees are
- IBF/07 standard registration fee 299
€ including taxes
- Visit to ITER site at Cadarache 30 €
including taxes
The registration fee for IBF/07 includes
admission for 1 person to 1)conferences,
workshops and documentation, 2) exhibitor’s
and poster space, 3) business meetings, 4)
luncheons, coffee breaks, welcome reception.
All fees payable upon receipt of invoice;
total prepayment required for admission.
